The physician always aims to help his patients and cure them or at least alleviate the symptoms.
Despite this noble goal, in the event of a failure, he may be subject to accusations by the
patient or his relatives.
Such allegations can then even lead to the initiation of a criminal investigation against him. These often very lengthy procedures lead to a strong personal and labour law burden on the doctor.
In the worst case, they can result in the loss of the license to practice. In order to avoid such consequences, it is advisable for the person concerned to obtain legal advice at an early stage and to make any statements only through the defence counsel experienced in this matter.
